Password reset

Many previous clients are having trouble logging in for the first time. We imported our client base chose not to send a welcome e-email when setting up. All passwords are initially random and unknown. 
Use the "forgot password" link to reset your password.

The system will email you a link and you can reset the password and then log in.


See a quick view of the system and related links on conversations and files. Usually it will be easier to click the links from emailed tickets or projects than to navigate the system until you are more familiar with it. 

It is possible to create an additional user (email address) within your account to share access. Your account is only visible to those in your account and the PageMaster team.
